Hi there,
If you've found your way here, you might be wondering why I created these books.
The answer begins with a question I asked myself as a child.
The day my dad bought me a bicycle, it came with an instruction manual. I remember staring at it and thinking, "If a bicycle comes with a manual... why don't children?"
At the time, it was just an innocent thought. I had no idea that question would stay with me for the rest of my life.
As I grew older, life took me through moments of joy, heartbreak, mistakes, and lessons. Looking back, I realized that many of those experiences had quietly shaped me in ways I never understood. Some became fears. Some became limiting beliefs. Others turned into emotional wounds I didn't even know I was carrying.
Eventually, my mind and body reached a point where they simply couldn't keep going.
I stepped away from the noise of the world and spent several years in solitude reflecting, healing, and trying to understand who I really was beneath everything life had placed on me.
It wasn't easy. There were parts of myself I wanted to leave behind.
But healing has a way of revealing truths we often miss.
One of the biggest was this: None of us arrive in this world with a guide.
We learn from our families, our schools, our culture, and the people around us. We copy what we see. We do the best we can with what we know. Sometimes those experiences help us grow. Sometimes they quietly become the emotional knots we carry into adulthood.
It took me four to five years to untangle many of my own.
When I finally found my way back to myself, I knew I wanted to write books for people who were walking through that same darkness.
But then another question appeared: What if we didn't wait until people were broken before we tried to help them?
What if we gave children the emotional tools we wish we had growing up?
That was the moment everything came together.
The little girl who once asked, "Where's my manual?" had unknowingly been searching for this answer all along.
So I created Nouve House.
Not to create perfect children. But to help children understand themselves. To build emotional resilience. To develop self worth. To grow with kindness, curiosity, courage, and confidence.
Because I believe every child deserves guidance for their heart not after life becomes painful, but while they're still discovering who they are.
If these books can help even one child avoid years of confusion, self doubt, or emotional pain, then every step of my own journey was worth it.
Because changing the world doesn't always begin with something extraordinary.
Sometimes it begins with helping one child understand themselves a little better.
Thank you for being here. Welcome to Nouve House.
