At Nouve House, we want every family to love their purchase.

Because our books are printed especially for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Please note:
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
